These terms cover the freight forwarding, customs clearance and consolidation services arranged by HK Clearway. By requesting a quote or a booking you accept them.
Quotes are indicative and based on the information you provide. Final charges depend on confirmed weight, volume, routing, sailing schedules and customs at the time of shipment. A booking is confirmed in writing.
As forwarder we arrange transport with carriers and agents. Our responsibility follows the applicable carriage rules and standard forwarding conditions. We recommend cargo insurance for full protection.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes are subject to its courts.
